- GitHub data: pull requests, reviews, and comments from connected repositories
- Linear data: issue comments and activity
- Slack data: thread discussions from connected channels
- Google Calendar data: event information (title, time, attendees) for connected calendars
- Meeting recordings and transcripts (stored locally on your device)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Analyze and score team member contributions across platforms
- Generate weekly performance reports and insights
- Transcribe and summarize meeting recordings using AI
- Display calendar events for meeting scheduling
- Provide analytics and collaboration metrics
3. Data Storage and Security
- Platform Data: GitHub, Linear, and Slack data is stored in our secure PostgreSQL database
- Meeting Recordings: Audio files are stored locally on your device (desktop app only) and never uploaded to our servers
- Transcripts: Text transcripts are stored in our database for analysis and insights
- Calendar Data: Calendar events are fetched on-demand and not permanently stored
- API Keys: Integration tokens are encrypted and stored securely
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Anthropic Claude: For AI-powered contribution scoring and meeting summaries
- ElevenLabs: For meeting transcription (optional, if configured)
- AssemblyAI: For meeting transcription (optional, if configured)
- Google OAuth: For authentication and calendar access
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide our services (e.g., sending data to AI providers for analysis) or as required by law. All data is scoped to your workspace and not shared with other organizations.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete your workspace and all associated data at any time through the settings page. Meeting recordings stored locally can be deleted from your device. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

- Access your data

- Export your data
- Revoke integration permissions at any time
